Come join us for a fun-filled winter evening where will be celebrating Valentines’s day you’ll learn how to make delicious heart shaped Neapolitan-style pizzas like a pro and Strawberry Shortcakes.

You’ll learn firsthand how to:

• The Neapolitan method for mixing and kneading
• Shape the dough and top it
• Fire pizzas into 900° F ovens
• Slice, top, and serve
• Bake delicious shortcake made from scratch

We will be preparing the Neapolitan classic: Margherita and strawberry shortcakes.
