Celebrate the holiday season with a hands-on Festive Bread Workshop in Stamford, CT! Learn the art of enriched yeast dough while making your own Chocolate Hazelnut Babka from scratch. Then, work together to create a beautiful Raspberry Snowflake Pull-Apart Bread perfect for the holidays.

Each guest will leave with their own freshly baked babka to enjoy or take home.

During the class you’ll learn:

This hands-on bread making class will cover mixing and kneading enriched dough, working with yeast, proper proofing, rolling and filling dough, creating the classic babka twist, shaping a snowflake bread, and baking and finishing your creations.

No previous bread-making experience is necessary. We provide all ingredients, equipment, and instruction, so all you need to bring is your holiday spirit—and your appetite!

Whether you’re looking for a fun holiday activity in Stamford, want to improve your bread-making skills, or simply love freshly baked babka, this festive workshop is the perfect way to spend a December morning.

Menu:

Chocolate Hazelnut Babka
Each guest will make and shape their own babka from scratch, filled with chocolate hazelnut goodness. Enjoy it after class or take it home to share (we won’t judge if you keep it all for yourself!).
Raspberry Snowflake Pull-Apart Bread
As a group, we’ll create a beautiful snowflake-shaped pull-apart bread, layered with raspberry filling and finished with a sweet icing. It’s festive, delicious, and definitely worthy of a spot at the holiday table.

Join Everything Dough for a cozy, hands-on Festive Bread Workshop in Stamford, Connecticut, where you’ll learn how to make beautiful holiday breads from scratch while mastering the fundamentals of enriched yeast dough.

During this two-hour holiday baking class, each guest will prepare and shape their very own Chocolate Hazelnut Babka. We’ll walk you through the process step by step—from working with yeast and kneading the dough to rolling, filling, twisting, proofing, and baking your babka.

And because baking is even better together, the group will also prepare a beautiful Raspberry Snowflake Pull-Apart Bread, learning how to layer, cut, twist, and shape the dough into its signature festive snowflake design.

What should I wear?

Your ticket includes all ingredients, equipment, hands-on instruction, a complimentary beverage, a digital recipe ebook, and a delicious meal or baked treats you make during class.

Will I make my own food?

Yes! Every guest will make their own pasta or cinnamon rolls from scratch with guidance from our instructors. You'll enjoy your creations during class (or take them home, depending on the workshop).

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely—and we encourage it! Many of our guests come solo. Our classes are designed to be social, making it easy to meet new people and enjoy the experience together.

Is parking available?

Yes! Free parking is available in the building's parking lot, so you can arrive stress-free and enjoy the experience.

Alexandra created a perfect menu for us and Edgar ran a Mixology class for the  entertainment of our guests. She welcomed us into a professional kitchen and guided us step-by-step in how to make our own Neapolitan pizzas. I really appreciated her detailed explanations and patient guidance - we had people with very different cooking abilities in the class and all enjoyed it. The class was hands-on: we did everything from making yeasted dough through turning our pizzas in the professional ovens.
