We’re Alexandra and Edgar, a husband-and-wife team who believe some of the best memories happen around food.
We create hands-on pizza-making experiences for homes, companies and celebrations — with great food, delicious drinks and a whole lot of fun.
Our love for food, hospitality and bringing people together is what led us to create Everything Dough.
Alexandra’s culinary background and passion for pizza, paired with Edgar’s experience in beverages and hospitality, naturally turned into something that combines everything we love: great pizza, thoughtful drinks and meaningful experiences.
What started as an idea became our way of celebrating people, creating connections and sharing what we know in a fun, hands-on way — and we’re so grateful to do it together.

Alexandra | THE DOUGH
Alexandra is an AVPN-certified pizza chef and culinary instructor, and the creative force behind Everything Dough’s experiences.
Her culinary career has taken her from upscale restaurant kitchens to leading cooking classes for adults and kids. Alexandra has spent years turning professional culinary techniques into experiences that are approachable, interactive and genuinely fun.
Edgar| THE DRINKS
Edgar is Everything Dough’s Beverage Director and the other half of the experience.
With a background in upscale hospitality and beverages, he brings the cocktail and mocktail side of Everything Dough to life — creating drinks that are fun to make, delicious to drink and thoughtfully paired with our food.
For us, Everything Dough has never been just about making pizza.
We wanted to create the kind of experience we love ourselves — good food, good drinks, a table full of people and absolutely no pressure to be perfect.
Yes, you’ll learn how to make a really good pizza. You might learn a cocktail or two. But mostly, we want you to cook, laugh, get your hands covered in flour and enjoy being together.
Whether we’re celebrating a birthday, hosting a corporate team, teaching a group of kids, catering a special event or spending an evening making pizza and cocktails together, the goal is always the same:
